Delivery Policy

1. Shipping / delivery time

The main concern of the online store TOPSIDEOFTHEWORLD.COM of the Greek sole proprietorship under the name “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD”, trading as “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD”, is to serve its customers in an excellent and fast manner. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products on the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.

Orders are shipped from our business on the same day, as long as they have been entered by 12:00 on a working day and there is no availability issue or other reason for delay (e.g. need to identify customer details due to suspicious credit card use or waiting for a bank remittance).

The delivery time of orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is typically
4 -6 working days due to the pandemic.

For shipments to Cyprus by ………………….., the delivery time of orders is 4-10 working days.

For shipments abroad, the delivery time is 2-3 working days for shipments by EMS, 5-7 working days for shipments by the Hellenic Post (international purchases) and 2-3 working days for shipments by Geniki Taxydromiki (Cyprus/Bulgaria) or UPS .

If a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the orders department about the estimated delivery time.

2. Order / Delivery of Products / Shipping Costs

Order completion and payment: When you place your order, you get the following message: “Thank you, your order has been successfully placed with number ΠΑΡΛxxxxxx. Please check your e-mail. We have sent you an e-mail with the details of your order.” Delivery dates and times: Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm.

3. Order delay

Your order may delay for the following reasons: – the product has been sent with delay from our supplier. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. – the product you ordered has been removed and is no longer available: In such a case, we will contact you immediately to provide you with all alternative solutions. – In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order. – In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or via e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment), because, for example, the information you have entered is not properly updated.
