Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement (a) in all cases where, with proven fault of the Greek sole proprietorship under the name “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD”, trading as “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD”, products were delivered to you other or substantially different from what you have ordered, (b) in all cases where there was a defect in the product.

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price, if you wish, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product.

You have the right to return the products you bought and request payment of the price you have paid to us (a) in all cases where there was a defect in the product (b) within 15 days of delivery of the product.

The business “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD” is liable for compensation in case of a defect only if it has been caused by its own fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence.

In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all of the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and in the packaging that typically accompanies the product and be in an excellent condition, along with all documents accompanying the product (e.g. consignment note – invoice, retail  receipt, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with the business “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD”.

In any case, return and replacement are possible under the following conditions: 1. Contact the business “TOP SIDE OF THE WORLD” on the same or the next working day to state your intention. 2. In the event of changing the product within 30 days with another product or products up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or in the event of withdrawal within 14 days under Article 5(10) of Law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. 3. The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (e.g. consignment note – invoice, retail  receipt, etc.).

Cancellation of Order

It is possible to cancel an order in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the delete button.
